What is GoDebut European Film Festival

GoDebut European Film Festival is an unique festival not only in Lithuania, but in the Baltic States as well. Its goal is to promote young debuting film makers, stimulate their creativeness, create the international platform for their work representation, and strengthen an international collaboration. The festival will take place in Klaipėda as well as in one of the most beautiful resort towns in UNESCO world heritage list, Neringa, on 21-24 of September, 2017. Who We Are

European Film Festival GoDebut will join film makers from the European and Baltic countries making their début, who have recently completed their studies and already work in the field of cinema. The festival will take place on 21-24 September 2017 in Klaipėda – the Lithuanian Capital of Culture 2017. Festival GoDebut has been recognised by the city municipality as one of the representative events of the Lithuania Capital of Culture celebrations. The events of the Festival will also take place at the Lithuanian seaside resorts Nida. The aim of the Festival is the development of cultural relations between European, the Baltic and Nordic countries, cultural tourism and cooperation, boosting creativity and innovation of youth involved in film making and the promotion of the European cinema
